Does anybody really care where Katie Couric goes or what she does? Has anybody at all lost sleep over this??

Dude, if I have to listen to who got booted off American Idol on the national news every (Wednesday? Tuesday?) morning, um, well, pardon me for feeling this is every so SLIGHTLY more relevant. Do I care? Maybe not. Is it worth reporting? Of course.

True, that. And for the record, I don't care who gets sent home from that glorified karaoke show every week, either... though I work with a guy who proudly proclaims that he's never yet missed an episode. [annoyed glare in his direction]
