Our neighbors to the south

I’d never thought about this before, mainly because it never occurred to me that Mexico might have illegal immigrants. According to this report from the Center from Security Policy (a right-of-center organization, so do with it as you will), Mexico affords even fewer rights to their illegals than America gives to ours.
